We have successfully completed our planned maintenance window for platform migration in the DE Service region. All core functions of the Service are operating normally and performing as expected. We are continuing to work through additional optimizations with PatternBuilder, ndTasks, and Analytics. All remaining work is expected to be complete prior to the start of business hours on Monday.

Following our recent communications, the NetDocuments DE Service region will undergo a Scheduled Maintenance Window outside of regional business hours from Friday, September 18, 2026 at 20:00 CEST to Saturday, September 19 at 8:00 CEST to perform our previously announced platform migration with IP address changes.
Users should plan on the platform being unavailable for much of this maintenance window as we expect extended periods of downtime.
If you plan to be working on documents during the maintenance window, you can check out the documents before the maintenance window commences and use "Offline mode" in ndOffice. Your documents and any saved changes will be kept locally until you go back Online in ndOffice.
